What is your return policy?

Peculiar on Purpose strives to produce high-quality products. If for any reason your product was misprinted, damaged, or defective upon receiving, please Contact Us and include your order number and reason for the refund request. You will be asked to send photos of the defective product in order to process a refund/return.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Note: Peculiar on Purpose cannot accept size exchanges for t-shirts.

What if I never received my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will later receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped. Upon the event that you never receive your order, please double check the tracking number and delivery address provided in your shipment email. If the tracking number does not offer shipment status, please email Contact Us with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.

How much is shipping?

T-Shirts

A standard shipping rate of $3.99 is set by the direct-to-garment (DTG) printer and will be added during checkout. At this time, Peculiar on Purpose cannot offer free shipping.

Journals

Peculiar On Purpose strives to offer high-quality products with speedy processing times. A standard USPS priority mail shipping rate of $9.90 will be added for all journals during checkout. At this time, Peculiar on Purpose cannot offer free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. Holiday seasons may extend shipping times.

Is expedited shipping available?

Expedited shipping is unavailable at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

T-Shirts

Yes! Our DTG printer ships internationally, with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Please note that some countries may currently restrict shipping due to COVID-19.

Journals

We currently do not offer international shipping for journals.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email upon purchasing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a USPS tracking number.
